This ornamental yam has wonderful foliage and grows as a vine. They can be trained to grow up a trellis or left cascading down a pot. This plant is tropical and does not like the cold. It will go into dormancy in winter unless it is kept warm. It can be grown outside in spring and summer.

Watering
Keep soil moist but not soggy as this could rot the bulbs. This plant can handle drying between watering.
Light
This plant prefers bright indirect light. if grown outdoors it can grow in full sun, but has to acclimatize to not be burnt.
