Due to the fragile nature of plants your order cannot be exchanged or returned should you change your mind.
Our plants are packaged in a specially designed box to ensure they arrive at their destination in great condition. In the rare instance that your plant is damaged in transit please send us photographic evidence of the damage to orders@babylonbotanics.co.nz so that we can raise a claim with our courier company. We can then replace or refund your purchase.
If your order has yet to be processed we may be able to cancel your order and provide you with a refund (less any transaction fees), however, this is at our discretion. Please contact us via orders@babylonbotanics.co.nz to discuss your order.
