Ceropegia haygarthii (Lantern Flower)
Ceropegia haygarthii are a succulent vine with tiny leaves that fall off as the plant gets older. They will bloom from spring to autumn with flowers shaped like mini lanterns. They can be trained to grow around a frame or left to grow freely,

Watering
Water sparingly and only when the stem is soft the same applies in the winter, can have a little more frequent water if it is growing in full sun in the growing season.
