Tillandsia Hyde's Silver
Tillandsia Hyde's silver is considered to be an extra large form of T. bulbosa while some think it is a hybrid, regardless of its origins it is gem in any collection. This variety is quite scarce in New Zealand and is rarely offered. This plant does well both indoors and outdoors, these are true epiphytes as they are commonly found growing attached to trees or rocks. They take up their nutrients through their leaves and the roots are purely used for clinging to surfaces.
Note: The plant in the picture is the one you will get.
